Bay Area GQMF MEETUP!

(Non-bay area Friendslist - please feel free to ignore this)

At a recent Berkeley ontd_startrek meetup, there was discussion of having a GQMF movie night meetup. Basically, fellow awesome bay area-ites would congregate and watch various films of dubious quality in which our awesome Star Trek cast had previously starred in. Clearly, hilarity and fun would ensue.

I am offering to host such an event at my apartment (which is in San Francisco, near Golden Gate park, and also close to a Muni metro N-line stop) and have even managed to start securing a few such QUALITY films via Netflix. Please comment if you'd be interested in attending such a gathering. I'm including a poll behind the cut-tag in which to specify dates that might work for you and we'll try to accommodate as many people as can make it.

If new people that haven't met me aren't comfortable with meeting straight at my place, we can also try to meetup more publically first and then head back for DVDing. I guess this is just a planning post and we can figure out more details later. I only included dates in the recent future. After July 23rd, I might be going to LA for the weekend, but I can always host after that. I just thought it might get overly complicated to try planning that far in advance just yet.

View Poll: Bay Area GQMF Movie Night!

Also - please feel free to include info in the comments with movies you might be willing to bring! I have a DVD player and can also hook up my laptop to the TV for playing digital files.
